“Abuse Is Not The Only Reason For A Marriage To End”… Austin Faani

Popular Nigeria Nollywood director Austin Faani has highlighted that there are other reasons that leads to marriages failure than abuses.

The director revealed on the microblogging website Twitter that people did not always leave relationships because of violence.

He said that refusing to alter a certain habit and having unchanging ideals and beliefs about horoscope signs were further grounds for ending a marriage.

“Most people think sex abuse or abuse of any kind are the only major factors that end marriages.”

Austin Faani lamented the absence of celebrity endorsement for actress Funke Akindele’s political aspirations a while back.

Celebrities, particularly female actors, are not supporting their colleague and PDP deputy governorship candidate in Lagos State, Funke Akindele, according to a recent post on Faani’s Instagram page.

He questioned whether Funke’s coworkers are being unsupportive because they are simply envious of her or because they are dubious of her talents.

“Funke Akindele’s colleagues are not campaigning for her, especially the female celebrities.”
