All My Lagos Show Will Be Free For My Fans – Wizkid (Video)

Published

Award-Winning Wizkid, a stage name for Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, a Nigerian artist, recently made a big commitment to his audience.

Yesterday, December 24, 2022, at the Flytime Fest 2022 Starboy Live event held at the Eko Convention center, Wizkid effortlessly gave a fantastic performance.

As Wizkid sings his nostalgic songs and consequently brings out his colleagues, including Wande Coal, BNXN, Ruger, and others, the audience surely experiences an exciting moment.

Wizkid, who had already announced that this year’s performances in Lagos would be his final, accuses the audience members of consistently misrepresenting him during his performance.

In the middle of his performance, Wizkid—a father of four—takes a moment to clarify what he truly meant by “his last performance in Lagos.”

The “Essence” singer claimed that since internet users are no longer understanding him, he would need to start capping his sentences off.

He stated that given the support he has had from his fans over the last 12 years, it is truly unjust for him to play at multiple events all over the world before returning home and charging his followers to see him do so. He is now famous and is worth billions of naira.

Further promising that future performances in Lagos will be completely free, Wizkid stated that this is the final time his fans will ever pay to watch him perform. Check out the video below;
