Anupamaa’s younger son, Samar, cuts ties with Vanraj when he learns the truth. Rakhi tells the Shahs about the affair, causing devastation. Paritosh, Anupamaa’s elder son, marries Kinjal. Samar and Nandini fall in love after Samar learns about Nandini’s infertility.
Anupamaa cares for Vanraj after his accident, and he falls for her. He confesses, but Anupamaa rejects him. She asks for a divorce, and Vanraj leaves. Anupamaa finds him at a wellness resort.
Anupamaa is diagnosed with ovarian cancer and asks for divorce. Kavya divorces Aniruddh and plans to marry Vanraj. On the wedding day, Vanraj disappears, and Anupamaa confronts him.
Hasmukh, the family patriarch, asks Anupamaa to stay with them. Kavya tries to humiliate her but fails. Anupamaa opens a Dance Academy with Samar and Nandini’s support.
Anupamaa suggests a café collaboration with Vanraj, but Kavya manipulates him. Instead of gratitude, he taunts Anupamaa, straining their relationship.
