Hollywood star and Avenger star Chris Evans ties knot with girlfriend Alba Baptista in a private ceremony with other avenger stars

The wedding ceremony saw the presence of the families of the bride and groom, along with several co-stars from Evans’ Avengers films.

Reports suggest that the attendees included Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, John Krasinski, and his wife, the renowned actress Emily Blunt.

A piece on Page Six highlighted the high security of the event, where guests were required to sign NDAs and surrender their phones before the wedding commenced.

The romantic link between Chris Evans and Alba Baptista was first unveiled in November 2022 by People magazine, revealing that the duo had been together for more than a year.

A close associate of the “Gifted” star shared with the magazine, “They are deeply in love, and Chris is on cloud nine. Everyone in his circle, including family and friends, is fond of her.

Who is Alba Baptista?

The young actress hails from Portugal and starred in the Netflix series Warrior Nun from 2020 to 2022.

She earned a Shooting Star Award at the 2021 Berlinale and appeared in the historical comedy Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris last year.

Evans earned the 2022 Sexiest Man Of The Year title, an annual list by People magazine. At that time, Evans had admitted that he was excited to have a family some time down the line.

“That’s absolutely something I want: a wife, kids, and building a family,” he said.

“When you read about most of the best artists, whether it’s actors, painters, or writers, most of them admit that it wasn’t the work they made (that they are most proud of], it was about the relationships—the families they created, the love they found, the love they shared.”

Evans and Baptista have so far not confirmed their wedding.
