Bandits Free 14 kidnap Victims Out Of 40 Kaduna Worshippers Kidnapped
14 of the more than 40 worshipers released by bandits in Kaduna State’s Madala, Chikun Local Government Area.
Recall that on Sunday, May 7, when the church was in session, armed men broke in and kidnapped several people, including children.
The victims were released on Wednesday night, according to Rev. Joseph John Hayab, the chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in Kaduna State, who confirmed the situation to newsmen in a brief message on Thursday, May 11.
“Yes some of them are back home but 25 are still with the bandits,” he said.
“A woman with her child returned after they abandoned her in the bush.” he added.
