Bella Shmurda Reveals The Warning His Mum Gave Him After Mohbad’s Demise

Singer Bella Shmurda, has disclosed that his mother advised him against returning to Nigeria following the controversial death of his close friend, rapper Mohbad.

While in Canada preparing for his tour, Bella Shmurda received the heartbreaking news of Mohbad’s passing in Nigeria.

He made this known during the candlelight procession held in Canada on Saturday, September 23, 2023, in memory of Mohbad.

Bella Shmurda expressed, “Mohbad was my brother and best friend. Sadly, three days after I left Nigeria, I received the news of his death. My mom had to urge me not to come back to Nigeria yet, and I understand her concern. Rest in peace, Mohbad. May God bless you wherever you are, even in your resting place. I’m at a loss for words. Thank you all for being here. And let justice prevail for Mohbad!”
