Carmen was born on November 21, 1968, in Birmingham, England. As mentioned earlier, her father is Robert Plant, and her mother is Maureen Plant. Little is known about the dancer’s childhood. Her earliest education was at Elmfield Rudolf Steiner School in Sturbridge, West Midlands, U.K.
She spent most of her childhood with her mother and siblings. Being an international singer, her father Robert was rarely around, as he toured the world for his numerous concerts.
