Check Out Photos From The On-going Third Mainland Bridge Repair Project

It is not up to one month after the closure of The Third Mainland bridge in Lagos and progress in repairing are obvious.

The third mainland bridge which is the most used bridge in Lagos state was closed for the purpose of repair after many Lagosians that use the bridge frequently complained that the bridge was faulty and shaking.

The governor of Lagos state Jide Sanwo Olu officially closed down the bridge on the 27 of July and it will remain closed for 6 months while the bridge is undergoing repair.

This move has affected many Lagosians negatively due to the fact that most people cannot move from the island to the mainland and the alternative routes created are always traffic jammed.

Barely weeks into the repair of the bridge photos on the progress of the work done so far has surfaced online and it is one that should ease the minds of lagosian as there has been a lot of progress from the day the repair project kicked off.
