Court Sentenced Dr. Adedoyin To Death By Hanging For Adegoke’s Murder

Timothy Adegoke, a postgraduate student at Obafemi Awolowo University, is said to have been killed at the Hilton Hotel Ile-Ife, and Dr. Rahman Adedoyin, the hotel’s owner, has been sentenced to death by hanging by the Osun State Chief Judge, Justice Oyebola Ojo.

Adedoyin was already found guilty of murder by the court.

According to the facts of the case presented by the prosecution attorney, Femi Falana, SAN, the hotel owner and two of his employees were found guilty of conspiracy to commit murder and unlawful death of the dead, the Chief Judge stated in her ruling.
