DJ Cuppy Set To Drag Davido’s Ally, Israel Dmw For Libelous Claims

Billionaire kid and Dj, Cuppy has declared she is suing Davido’s logistic manager, Israel Dmw to court for making false claims that she refused to pay Zlatan Ibile for their collabo song, ’gelato’. 

Recall that Cuppy had been the subject of online ridicule last week following Israel’s revelation on his Instagram story that she refused to pay Zlatan anything after their collaboration song was created

Cuppy has now come out to refute the allegations, asserting that she’s is taking legal actions against Israel for the false claims 

She tweeted

For the record… There have been no breaches of my contractual agreement regarding the song #Gelato as confirmed by lawyers… However, as @IsrealDMW publicly inaccurately declared I owe an artist money, I am suing him for libel and defamation!
