All 32 clubs that qualified for the Champions League group stage are automatically guaranteed of €15.64 million, while clubs earn €2.8 million for each group stage win, and €930k for a group stage draw.
Getting to the round of 16 fetches the club €9.6 million, €10.6 in the quarter finals, €12.5 in the semi final, and €15.5 million for reaching the final, while the team that wins the trophy would be given an additional €4.5 million.
Chelsea finished second in the group H behind Juventus, with 13 points from four wins, one draw and one loss, which means they earned €15.64 million for qualifying for the group stage of the competition, €11.2 million from four group stage victories, €930k from one group stage draw, €9.6 million for reaching the round of 16, and €10.6 million for getting to the last eight of the competition.
In total, Chelsea’s perfomances in the Champions League this season has earned them €47.9 million, and could still earn them more money if they progress to the semi finals of the competition this season.
