Mo Salah reportedly wants £500,000 per week contract at Liverpool

Liverpool and Egypt star, Mohamed Salah is reportedly demanding £500,000 per week to sign a new contract at the club.

The Egyptian’s current deal is due to expire in 2023, and the Reds are eager to tie him down to fresh terms amid reported interest from Real Madrid and Barcelona.

But a new report by Football Insider says Salah wants half a million pounds as his weekly salary to remain at Liverpool.

Salah recently said that he is open to seeing out his playing days at Liverpool, but he wants to be made the club’s highest earner first.

He scored a hat-trick in Manchester United’s 5-0 loss on Sunday, October 24 at Old Trafford and is currently the most informed striker in Europe alongside Victor Osimhen and Robert Lewandowski.
