Naira Scarcity: “Are You A Criminal?” – Customers Destroys POS Stand, Chased Attendant (Video)

Recently, a POS vendor was approached by a group of irate locals for asking for an absurdly high cash withdrawal while there was a shortage of fresh Naira notes.

A man can be seen ranting in a viral video after learning that they would need to pay N4,000 to receive N10,000.

Consumers rushed a POS operator and told her she would not be permitted to function because they wanted to withdraw money but were turned off by the outrageous fee.

She, on the other hand, claimed that she didn’t create the N4k charge on her own, but rather that she was only carrying out her boss’s directions.

Her explanations did not appease the enraged men and they decided to remove the lady’s POS umbrella and table, forcing her to leave.

The man who confronted her could be heard repeatedly expressing his outrage at the extent of exploitation individuals had to face in the country.
