New Wife To Ooni Of Ife Begins Traditional Rites Before Entering The Palace (Video)

Following a spellbinding ceremony at Ile Odua Palace in Ile-Ife, Queen Opeoluwa Elizabeth Akinmuda, the newlywed wife of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has started her ceremonial entrance into the palace.

In the footage, women from the royal household are seen formally escorting the new Queen into the castle.

In keeping with tradition, the Queen led the other royal women on this significant part of their journey with grace and beauty.

The event represented Olori Opeoluwa Elizabeth Akinmuda’s formal induction into the illustrious royal dynasty of the Ooni of Ife.

The new Queen was cordially welcomed into the palace by the Ooni of Ife and the other queens.
