Neymar To Chelsea Imminent As Owners Makes Enquiry About Possible Deal

Le Parisien reported on Wednesday that Todd Boehly, the owner of Chelsea, had a meeting with Nasser Al-Khelaifi on Tuesday in Paris to discuss, among other things, Neymar and to learn more about what it could take to perhaps bring him to London.
