Nigeria Discovers 307 New Cases Of Coronavirus

According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control NCDC, 307 new cases of Coronavirus were detected in Nigeria on Sunday, May 31, 2020. 

A further breakdown shows 188 cases were in Lagos, 44 in FCT, 19 in Ogun, 14 in Kaduna, 12 in Oyo, 9 in Bayelsa, 5 in Gombe, 3 in Kano, 3 in Delta, 2 in Imo, 2 in Rivers, 2 in Niger, 2 in Bauchi, 1 in Plateau, and 1in Kwara state.

In total, Nigeria has recorded 10162 cases of COVID-19. 3007 patients have been discharged from various Isolation centers across the country, while 287 deaths have been recorded.
