Nigerians React On Twitter After EFCC Stormed Roads In Lekki And Ikoyi For “Stop And Search”

There are reports that officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) stormed major roads in Lekki and Ikoyi, Lagos on Wednesday to conduct “stop and search” on commuters.

EFCC is now trending on social media platform, Twitter as Nigerians condemn the officials for being incompetent.

Some mocked the officials saying they are searching for people carrying ‘financial crimes’ in their pockets or cars.
