Osun State Governor, Gboyega Oyetola Escapes Assassination [PHOTOS]

Osun State Governor Gboyega Oyetola was reported to be attacked by suspected hooligans while speaking to #EndSARS protesters.

Confusion loomed after angry protesters started damaging Oyetola’s convoy while he attempted to address them. However, his security details rushed him to safety, and speedily fled.

Mabel Aderonke, the Special Assistant to the governor, affirmed the incident with photos of the damaged vehicles.

“There was a scary attempt on Governor Adegboyega Oyetola’s life by armed thugs on Saturday in Osogbo,” @MabelAderonkeN tweeted.
