Reactions As Actor Ken Erics Denies Engagement Rumour With Jasmine Ibu
After a video of him proposing to Mr. Ibu’s daughter, Jasmine, went popular on social media a few days ago, Nollywood Actor Ken Erics finally spoke up.
The internet was abuzz over the weekend after Jasmine released a footage of the passionate moment Ken Erics proposed to her. Jasmine and her spouse of nine months got divorced in November 2022.
She didn’t stop there; she gushed about the actor on her Instagram stories as well, promising to be with him forever, leading some to speculate that they were indeed engaged.
But Ken Erics recently broke his silence by announcing that the engagement video was taken from a forthcoming film in a post on his Instagram page.
Sharing the video on his own Instagram page, Ken Erics, in his caption, revealed that it was a scene from an upcoming movie titled “Test Of Love.”
“Being Ken On set “Test Of Love” @ruby_ojiakor @ladyjasminec….Coming Soon ,” he captioned the video.
His revelation has stirred a barrage of reactions from social media users who opined that it was unnecessary to create awareness for the movie in that manner.
“Thank you, Jesus oh… not engagement actually… bco our Ken is for Rachel Okonkwo,” a fan wrote.
“Ken has cleared the air, smart guy ,” another fan added.
