It has been proven that Mavin Records artist Rema praised Brisk Capital, an investment firm whose managing director has been detained for allegedly diverting over N2 billion, ten weeks ago

In the tweet dated March 11 , the mavin superstar tweeted 

“Hustle Thursday, ROI from my investment with @briskcapitalLTD just came in, nice one my gees! 👍🏾😉”

Rema has since deleted the tweet. This has led to a backlash on social media as many people are accusing the star of being complicit.

Joshua, the ceo of the company , is accused of luring victims by posing as a financial investor who manages assets for individuals and businesses on social media and in periodicals. 

His victims were allegedly persuaded to invest in bitcoin, forex trading, real estate, and oil & gas in exchange for a 60% monthly return on investment (ROI) and a guarantee of the principle invested.
