Twitter Influencer, Motara Once Again Pleads For Forgiveness. (Video)

Popular Twitter influencer, Omotara ‘Motara‘ Akanni has again pleaded to Nigerians to forgive her for humiliating a child beggar.

Three weeks ago, a video captured the moment Motara teased a child beggar with a bottle of drink.

According to the influencer, the video made its way online after she shared it on her WhatsApp status. Following the surface of the video on Twitter, Motara received heavy backlash. for engaging in such an act. She also lost her Twitter account and a couple of endorsement deals.

Following the damages the video caused her, she has now taken to her new Twitter page to tender a second apology in three different languages, English, Yoruba, and Hausa.

Sharing the video, she wrote;

“It’s been a long week of lessons for me. I made a terrible mistake and I wish I could turn back the hands of time. I promise to be a better version of myself and be more kind and compassionate. Thank y’all for the corrections”
